Funny story - when I was younger, I told myself I would never live in Utah (super judgy, I know). Well, I moved here 9 years ago to be near my family and now I absolutely love it! Since then I’ve been growing my roots here, enjoying Utah with my two ginger babies! I'm doing everything in my power to teach them the values of working hard, being a good citizen, a great friend, and handling money. Part of teaching them these valuable lessons means developing as an agent. Originally my uncle introduced me to real estate when I wanted to get my money working for me, instead of me working for my money. I started learning about rental properties and passive income. After getting my license I was introduced to some pretty rad people that did real estate full time and voila, 6 years of fun have flown by with the Gamboa Team!
